Rogo is hiring its first UK-based People Operations Manager to build and scale the People function across the UK and EMEA. You will be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, shaping the employee experience as we grow, with the autonomy to set priorities and drive initiatives from idea to execution. Responsibilities include owning People programs and systems, guiding the EMEA expansion, designing onboarding, running performance and engagement cycles, and maintaining accurate HR data and automation. You will manage benefits, immigration and compliance, ensure HR policy and legal compliance across markets, and support managers with growth, feedback, and day-to-day people decisions. You will foster culture and connection, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and drive expansion and operational improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in high-growth environments, experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA, UK immigration and visa sponsorship expertise, a track record of building effective programs, strong judgment, project management skills, and experience owning HR systems (Rippling preferred).
