AutoZone's Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service in automotive retail. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees; maintaining clear communication with customers and staff; monitoring sales goals and inventory accuracy; following structured store procedures; managing inventory, overseeing cash handling, and controlling shrink; collaborating with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence; leading parts sales and inventory management; enforcing PPE and safety standards; supporting commercial and hub departments to enable on-time deliveries; and resolving customer concerns promptly.

Qualifications include leadership, flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed; exceptional communication in both Spanish and English; automotive retail experience; ASE Certification.
