Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships and drive immediate and long-term revenue with reseller partners using consultative selling techniques.
• Serve as a solution-based consultant for partner accounts, including sales calls, presentations, and industry events.
• Create account action plans and set revenue goals for designated product lines.
• Understand distribution channels, sales mechanics, market needs, trade shows, and sales strategy.
• Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities that supports resellers' goals; participate in joint business planning, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop partner enablement plans and qualification criteria; support partner engagement at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, service) to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of channel-focused sales experience with strong executive contacts.
• Deep understanding of indirect channels and the contractual obligations involved.
• Proven track record of sales achievements, including growing sales and developing new business for technology
