Reports To: Sales Manager
Essential Functions: - Maintain and care for current customer accounts as well as develop new business from leads and cold calls. - Reach an agreed-upon sales target by the deadline and submit reporting as required by the Manager. - Set follow-up appointments and create sales material to keep customers informed of the latest developments. - Company vehicle provided; some overnight travel required. - Resolve customer questions and offer solutions to complaints to increase company revenue.
Qualifications: - Knowledge of the Bearing & Power Transmission Industry and Aggregate Industry a plus. - High integrity and ability to quickly develop customer relationships. - Proficiency with productivity tools including laptop computers, spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, and contact management software. - Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills. - Detail-oriented and deadline-focused. - Pre-employment drug testing, valid Texas driver’s license, and required background checks.
Experience: 1–2 years sales experience, preferably with industrial product sales.
