In this role you will support financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities; partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive results; analyze manufacturing costs and overall financial performance; provide insights for site management, S&OP, and global reporting; support budgeting processes with key assumptions and business inputs; validate productivity initiatives and capital investments (CAPEX); ensure accuracy across P&L and balance sheet reporting. You bring a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling); experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred); an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; the ability to translate complex data into clear insights; strong communication and collaboration skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel up to 20%.
