About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an On-Demand Account Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid). The mission is to empower partners with end-to-end solutions that help grow and optimize their online and offline businesses through Glovo's On-Demand service. On-Demand enables partners to launch their online channel while Glovo handles delivery with our couriers, with the aim of being the delivery partner of choice and expanding partners' delivery channels and marketplace sales.

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an On-Demand Account Manager in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid). The mission is to empower partners with end-to-end solutions that help grow and optimize their online and offline businesses through Glovo's On-Demand service. On-Demand enables partners to launch their online channel while Glovo handles delivery with our couriers, with the aim of being the delivery partner of choice and expanding partners' delivery channels and marketplace sales.

Key responsibilities include: - Monitor daily partner performance, analyze operational metrics and KPIs, financial data, and invoicing questions; prepare reports and dashboards to drive operational improvements. - Own the relationship with partners for the On-Demand service, acting as the main point of contact for new sales leads, pitching, contract negotiations, implementation, and ongoing account management. - Collaborate with local and global teams (Account Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others) to support partners and improve internal processes. - Collect and share partner feedback with product and operations teams to enhance software, systems, and processes, thereby improving partner experience. - Support defining medium- and long-term growth strategies and participate in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) planning activities. - Understand the local environment and adapt the product to market needs. - Develop a well-rounded profile spanning commercial/negotiation skills, data analytics, and software integrations, with a commitment to continuous learning. - Work collaborati
