About the role

Job Title: National Program Manager, Israel Education & Next Generation Engagement Organization: Israeli-American Council (IAC) Overview: The Israeli-American Council (IAC) is seeking a National Program Manager to oversee the national implementation of the Israel Education & Next Generation Engagement programs. This role will manage day-to-day execution, regional support, coordination with providers and partners, logistics, content development, tracking, and follow-through. The position reports to the National Senior Director of Israel Education & Next Generation Engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead the IAC Magen Teens/Fellowship program rollout across all regions, coordinating logistics, timelines, training schedules, communications, and ongoing follow-up.
Develop and adapt educational content, facilitator guides, participant materials, presentations, tools, and training resources aligned with program objectives and regional needs.
Serve as primary day-to-day operational contact for regional teams, facilitators, volunteers, and other stakeholders; coordinate trainings led by senior directors or designated trainers.
Provide ongoing implementation support, troubleshoot issues, monitor participation, and ensure quality and consistency regionally.
Coordinate experiential activities (escape rooms, workshops, teen leadership activities) and manage relationships with educators, consultants, vendors, and service providers.
Maintain partnerships with schools, synagogues, camps, Jewish Federations, youth movements
