Service Restoration Inc. is seeking a full-time Mitigation Project Manager to join our first response team. The role involves taking initial calls on urgent incidents, assessing damages, stopping further damage, and initiating immediate mitigation efforts. The Project Manager oversees the manual labor required to mitigate damage, leads Crew Leads and Technicians on site, ensures proper documentation, and coordinates equipment setup and adherence to standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include supervising demolition and mitigation work (water mitigation, flooring removal, moving furniture, and related tasks), taking photos and notes of the job site, taking moisture measurements, and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize downtime on large-loss jobs. Requirements include a current valid driver's license, clean driving record, IICRC Certification (WRT or equivalent), 3 years of restoration and water mitigation experience, ability to lift 60 lbs, and willingness to undergo background and motor vehicle history checks. High school diploma or equivalent; Plumbing experience helpful. Working schedule is typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime, weekend and on-call availability as needed. Pay range is $77,220–$85,800 per year, including OT.
