General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a full-time Mission Coordinator, Scheduler, and Data Analyst who holds an active TS/SCI clearance with Counter-Intelligence Polygraph to be based at Beale Air Force Base in California. The role involves working in a small team to allocate resources and manage services scheduling, analyzing mission and customer needs, gathering requirements to define scope and objectives, identifying and eliminating duplication, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling, developing and using web-based tools, and participating in process improvement. The specialist will liaise with mission planners and other operational contacts to obtain scheduling requirements and objectives, sequence and de-conflict events, and assist with priority determinations and workaround solutions. They will publish schedule products for distribution to partners, apply change management and re-scheduling actions as needed, and perform quantitative analysis for data, risk, and process measurements. The position requires maintaining best practices, SOPs, and concepts of operation; collaborating with customer representatives to satisfy mission needs and scheduling solutions; supporting strategic initiatives; and potentially resolving complex problems and providing recommendations or reports. The role may involve developing team procedures, coaching or guiding less experienced professionals, and leading teams or tasks.
