Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects, contribute fresh ideas, and shape products that customers love. Create artwork, technical specifications, and product documentation using Adobe Creative Suite. Support end-to-end product development including packaging, tags, care labels, POS displays, and testing. Review samples against specifications to maintain quality and accuracy. Maintain accurate product information, critical paths, and product codes. Collaborate with Buying and wider Design teams to support successful launches. Mentor and support junior team members. Provide ideas on product innovation and personalization. Stay aware of market trends and share insights with the team. Provide regular project updates and seek opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements

Qualification in Fashion or Product Design (or equivalent experience). Prior product design experience, ideally in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands. Proven ability to take products from concept through to final delivery. Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
