HOYA Lens Nederland B.V. is seeking a Marketing Product Manager Intern to help develop, position and commercialize its Dutch product portfolio. Based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands, you will translate market insights and customer needs into compelling propositions and work as the linking point between product, marketing and sales. You will collaborate with international product teams and the Marketing Manager on product introductions from business case and positioning through launch planning, implementation and evaluation, and translate international developments into opportunities for the Dutch market. Responsibilities include portfolio analysis and optimization, go-to-market material creation (sales presentations, product documentation, customer communications and digital content), and supporting Sales with the right knowledge, arguments and tools. You will manage market, customer and sales data analysis to identify growth opportunities, coordinate with Business Planning on forecasting and lifecycle management, and oversee the online HOYA trainings academy and the CRM system. You will organize product presentations, customer events and promotional activities, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and international product teams.
