HDR is seeking a Justice Project Manager to lead a variety of Civic/Justice projects, including administration facilities, jails, courthouses, prisons, and other law-enforcement buildings. You will direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, from development through close-out, and manage scope, schedule, and budgets. This role involves establishing and maintaining client relations, participating in marketing and production meetings, coordinating staffing, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time. You will lead project teams with diverse levels of experience and ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented. Preferred qualifications include experience with sustainable design, government-sector clients, strong communication skills, and experience with accrual-based accounting systems; PMP certification is a plus. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, seven years of related experience, at least two years of project management, Registered Architect status, and the ability to lead a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture are essential. This is an on-site role based in Dallas, Texas, United States.
