Join INSTINCT3 as a Junior Social Media Manager for the Corrupted Blood brand, blending premium streetwear fashion with heavy-metal culture. You will develop editorial calendars and content strategies for Corrupted Blood Fashion and Records across our social platforms, shape topics including brand identity and long-term storytelling, and execute published posts and activations with timely approvals, visuals, and new content opportunities while optimizing for the algorithm. In collaboration with your team, you will set goals and analyze performance, manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, and deliver compelling reporting. You are self-organized and able to stay calm under pressure while juggling multiple activities, and you will support content production for events, on-site shoots, and brand productions, taking responsibility for content creation. You will regularly be on-site in Spandau (Berlin) two to three days per week to maintain close collaboration with product teams in the office.
