OVAL produces and executes high-profile projects. As Junior Project Manager – Live, you are the driver turning client needs into tangible products for events, experiences, and activations.

You are versatile: proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working under deadlines while keeping clear communication with clients and different partners. You will work alongside a Senior Project Manager, take initiative, and occasionally learn by doing independently. You will help monitor budgets and timelines and communicate progress to clients.

You will assist with and produce productions/events for various clients at different locations, co-manage assigned projects from A to Z—from quotes and budget planning to production and delivery. You will collaborate with strategy, creative, and campaigns teams to develop effective and creative plans for clients. You will follow our professional procedures, the so-called Way of Working. You will explore and discuss client wishes and needs, identify opportunities, and share them internally with the right colleagues. You listen well and ask questions in conversations with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers. You present ideas and facts clearly, tailored to your audience. You build a network of relationships that supports the realization of events and experiences.

Your profile: - 1+ year of experience executing multi-day events with 100+ attendees. - Experience at an agency and with corporate clients is a plus. - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Events, Communications, or Hospitality. - Curious by nature with attention to detail. - Proactive and
