Thomann Asphalt Paving Corp is seeking an organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our Paving Division in Western New York. This on-site role will connect our office, estimating team, suppliers, and field crews and will support projects from award to completion by securing town/municipal permits, ordering job site materials, and tracking project data in our management software. Responsibilities include: Permitting & Compliance coordinate with local municipalities to secure required permits; Procurement & Logistics order and track paving materials and equipment rentals; Estimating to Field Handoff work with the Estimating team to transition quotes into active project workflows; Site Visits & Quality Checks visit active job sites to verify deliveries and progress; Stakeholder Communication serve as a central point of contact for suppliers, subcontractors, and clients; Cost Tracking & Admin assist with budget monitoring, change orders, invoice matching, and project paperwork. Travel: Local travel within Western New York for site visits, permit runs, and vendor meetings.
