This on-site role (35 hours/week) offers the opportunity to shape the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and to grow into a full HR generalist. You will be the first point of contact for employee questions, ensure a smooth onboarding experience, and help keep our Munich office at St. Martin Str. 102 organized and welcoming. Responsibilities include owning onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding; planning and executing team and company events; and exploring AI tools to make HR processes faster and better. Your profile should include a completed or near-completed Bachelor’s degree and some HR experience (internship, working student, or similar). You are detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR as a strategic function, with strong German and English skills for internal and external communication.
