Senior Software Engineer (C#) – on-site in Munich, Germany. This role contributes as a software engineer to our product codebase, designing and building industrial-grade desktop applications that power our customers' automation systems. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver robust, maintainable, and well-tested software. Responsibilities: Write and evolve our industrial automation platform; improve the stability, performance, and robustness of the platform as it scales to new customers and use cases; investigate and resolve complex issues reported from the field and translate them into lasting fixes; partner with product and forward-deployed engineers to translate real customer needs into well-engineered solutions; review code, mentor team members, and help raise the engineering bar across the team. Essential skills: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; strong C# skills; strong experience with WPF or Avalonia, and the MVVM pattern; solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles; experience with unit, integration, and other testing; experience building industrial-grade desktop applications; excellent English communication skills.
