Junior Accounts Payable Accountant role based in Warsaw, Poland, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role supports European accounts payable processes within JLL’s Global Business Service (JBS) and requires collaboration with teams in Poland and India. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner, reconciling vendor statements, performing bank reconciliations for outgoing payments, maintaining vendor contacts, and providing excellent service to internal clients. You will assist with the reconciliation of AP-controlled accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address AP issues in line with Service Level Agreements. The position involves collaboration with colleagues across Poland and India and supports cross-functional teams in Europe. Requirements: Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken); experience in accounting; experience in a shared services center or large financial organization is desirable; strong understanding of accounts payable practices; good knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of PeopleSoft or another ERP is an advantage; ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
