Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and help desk support via email, phone, and in person.
• Support Apple macOS and Windows desktops/laptops, Chromebooks, iPhones, and Android devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site.
• Document all call details and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with password resets, file recovery, training on proper computer use, and configuring mobile devices and laptops.
• Resolve issues related to network printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines, phones, patch panels, and computers.
• Manage account creation, equipment setup, account archiving, equipment retrieval for new hires and terminations.
• Asset management inventory and tracking.
• Provide on-site support for site locations in Sunland, Van Nuys, Upland, and Downtown Los Angeles.
• Coordinate technology setup for outside events, management meetings, trainings, board meetings, and parent nights as needed.
• Be accessible via mobile phone and email during off-hours if necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
