This role will manage IT requests, troubleshoot everyday technology issues, prepare employee devices, and ensure our team has the tools needed to succeed.
What You'll Do - Manage and prioritize requests through the IT ticket portal. - Provide in-person, phone, and email support. - Troubleshoot computers, tablets, printers, software, user accounts, connectivity, and peripherals. - Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. - Support employee onboarding and offboarding by issuing and collecting equipment. - Maintain accurate equipment, ticket, and resolution records. - Escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support. - Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
