Overview: As part of the Circular Action Alliance IT Infrastructure team, you will design and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Azure services, and related development initiatives. You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to design architectures, guide implementations, and advance automation, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Administer M365 Services: Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, Docusign, and Kiteworks
Maintain and integrate Azure services and architectures
Assess existing environments to identify improvements
Evaluate new technologies and recommend implementations that benefit the business
Design solutions and lead their implementation with mentorship and guidance
Bridge technical teams with business leadership
Improve IT department efficiency through automation and streamlined processes
Provide technical direction on system implementation
Drive plans for integrating new infrastructure systems
Design and implement virtual infrastructure
Collaborate with IT Operations Architect to apply platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices
Ensure infrastructure designs uphold a security-first approach

5+ years designing, implementing, or managing enterprise IT systems
3+ years administering M365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprises
