Westlake Pipe & Fittings, a Westlake company (NYSE: WLK), is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead the Customer Service/Superintendent function in Shelby Township, Michigan. This on-site role will guide a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives focused on quotations and order management to deliver world-class service as the business grows.

Responsibilities

Education and experience:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team; provide ongoing performance feedback.
Establish and enforce standard policies and procedures to ensure order accuracy, workflow efficiency, and superior customer service.
Partner with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to share insights, align on goals, and drive solutions.
Manage escalated customer issues with efficiency and empathy to ensure timely resolution.
Analyze trends and customer insights to inform process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate month-end close activities and reporting.
Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
10+ years of inside sales experience and 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or distribution; pipe and fittings experience preferred.
3+ years of demonstrated experience building and supporting high-performing inside teams.
Experience in high-volume, fast-growth environments preferred.
Strong ability to lead teams, solve operational problems, and collaborate across departments.
