This role supports Love's Total Truck Care program by securing and growing profitable business with both existing customers and new prospects by phone in fleets under 30 trucks. You will respond to Total Truck Care needs, strive to meet or exceed year-over-year profitability targets, and work with Inside Sales Managers and team members to identify market and competitive trends. You will actively promote Love's services within the region, including Fuel, Tires, CNG, Light Mechanical, and Factoring. You will coordinate with Inside Support to ensure proper discount setup and timely, accurate customer support. You will maintain complete and accurate customer data in Salesforce, develop and maintain positive relationships with Love's vendors, and pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and company. Travel as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3 years of inside sales and territory management. Skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with billing and collections; ability to prioritize; a team player who takes ownership of duties; excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management and organization; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple demands in a high-stress environment; physical ability to sit for long periods, bend, and perform keyboard work; normal hearing and vision.
