About the role

AXA Partners is seeking an Information Security Technical Lead to act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and hands-on support in intrusion testing, vulnerability management, policy compliance, cloud security hardening, attack surface management, and security testing assessments. The role reports to the Head of Global Security Services and collaborates with IT and security teams to promote and sustain cybersecurity best practices.

Role and responsibilities - Lead and manage end-to-end penetration testing, including static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) application security testing, and manage vulnerabilities using Qualys, Tenable, Bitsight, and Checkmarx. - Support purple-team exercises to test realistic attack scenarios, analyze findings, and provide concrete recommendations. - Oversee penetration testing engagements to ensure providers test all relevant applications within deadlines, maintain high data quality, and ensure timely remediation by asset owners in line with the testing framework. - Provide subject-matter expertise on testing methodologies, tools, and the intrusion testing framework. - Supervise deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Qualys, Tenable, Bitsight, and Checkmarx solutions, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with security objectives. - Facilitate collaboration between red and blue teams to strengthen the cybersecurity posture. - Deliver technical demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders. - Develop, maintain, and present technical documentation, best practices, and knowledge-base
