We are seeking an Information Security Analyst Lead to provide security support and ensure compliance for a portfolio of systems at varying stages of maturity and modernization. The role focuses on continuous monitoring, security tool management, and maintaining a successful Authorization to Operate (ATO). You will own coordination and communication with product teams, information owners, engineering, and infrastructure staff to implement policies, standards, and controls, and to remediate issues. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining security artifacts such as System Security Plans, Information System Contingency Plans, Configuration and Change Management Plans, Incident Response Plans, and Privacy Impact Assessments; interpreting security risk assessments; reviewing vulnerability scans; and driving remediation via Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms). You will document security requirements, provide governance updates to non-security personnel, and support continuous monitoring and ATO efforts. You will conduct vulnerability assessments, monitor systems, networks, databases, and web assets for potential breaches; respond to alerts from information security tools; investigate and resolve higher-level security incidents; and maintain security dashboards and reporting.
