Build a creator program that goes beyond one-off collaborations, and open doors for us in the DACH media landscape. Responsibilities include: Influencer & Creator Marketing (primary focus): identify creators who fit ALEMI's values, aesthetic, and audience; manage outreach, briefings and day-to-day communication; negotiate partnerships and buyouts; coordinate content delivery, approvals, and timelines; evaluate content quality and performance; manage a structured Creator CRM with performance tracking; develop community-led programs (gifting and seeding, testimonials, ambassador and affiliate structures); report results with clear KPIs in close collaboration with the Performance Marketing Lead. PR & Press: build and maintain our press network in the DACH region focusing on fashion, business and lifestyle; pitch stories; write and place press releases; prepare interviews; handle press requests; assemble press packages and seedings; track coverage and share insights. Events & presence: plan and host press and creator events; represent ALEMI at industry events and creator meetings; coordinate practicalities like product handovers, loans and sample logistics; bring the local market perspective back to the team.
