The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical consulting services to clients across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, construction, government, insurance, and real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

Conduct industrial hygiene assessments and exposure evaluations for chemical, physical, and biological hazards
Perform air monitoring, noise monitoring, IAQ investigations, moisture mapping, and environmental sampling
Conduct asbestos, lead, mould, and hazardous materials surveys
Evaluate occupational exposures and develop practical risk mitigation recommendations
Support investigations involving fire, smoke, water, and environmental contamination events
Manage projects from proposal development through final report delivery
Prepare scopes of work, cost estimates, and technical proposals
Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, laboratory analysis, and project schedules
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to J.S. Held quality standards
Prepare clear, concise, and defensible technical reports
Interpret sampling results and communicate findings to clients
Maintain project documentation and regulatory records
