This on-site role in Washington, United States requires deep expertise in HRIS, process automation, and team leadership to bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable HRIS implementations while driving automation of manual processes. The ideal candidate will lead a team of analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user authentication processes, while configuring and maintaining USA Staffing and USAJOBS to reflect client policies and OPM requirements.
