We are seeking a Multi-Site Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR activities across multiple Consumer Products manufacturing facilities in Washington, including the Wenatchee area. This strategic, hands-on role partners with Plant Managers and business leaders to drive talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, performance management, leadership development, compensation, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and HR policy administration. You will collaborate with centralized HR Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and applicable collective bargaining agreements where relevant. Reporting to the HR Director, Consumer Products, you will guide workforce planning, coach leaders, strengthen organizational capability, and create a positive employee experience for both hourly and salaried staff across multiple sites.
