This hands-on role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for cleared technical and consulting professionals and on HR operations such as onboarding, employee records, policy administration, performance processes, and offboarding. You will source candidates with active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and polygraph clearances through LinkedIn Recruiter, cleared-talent platforms, referrals, events, and direct outreach; manage interviews, offers, and onboarding; coordinate clearance verification; and track recruiting activity and metrics. The position is based in Rockville, Maryland (Washington, DC metro region) with HyerTek offering flexible work arrangements but requiring regular in-person availability. Requirements include 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or HR/people operations experience, experience recruiting cleared professionals for federal contractors or national-security organizations, knowledge of clearance terminology, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS, and Microsoft 365. A bachelor's degree is preferred; SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or similar certification is a plus; active security clearance is preferred but not required. Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually plus bonus.
