HR Generalist needed to support the U.S. Human Resources Services function from our Raleigh, North Carolina location. The role administers day-to-day HR operations, ensures policy and legal compliance, and delivers high-quality service to managers and employees across U.S. sites. Key responsibilities include advising on HR processes and policies, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, processing payroll data, supporting performance and compensation programs, coordinating training initiatives, generating HR reports, and assisting with audits and EEO reporting. This on-site role requires strong confidentiality, excellent communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least 3 years of multi-state HR experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office and HRIS, and willingness to travel as needed.
