The role acts as the HR partner for all functions within the area of responsibility, supporting employees and managers with HR processes, policies, and development initiatives. Responsibilities include partnering with line managers to implement HR strategies aligned with corporate policies on people, organizational development, and talent management; guiding employees and managers on HR matters; collaborating with Centers of Expertise to deliver HR services; identifying gaps, and implementing changes to mitigate risks; partnering with recruitment to meet hiring objectives; building and maintaining strong relationships with managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment plans; implementing and continuously improving HR processes; supporting the organization of employee development and organizational structure topics; assisting with compensation and benefits, job evaluations, and salary progression; participating in salary reviews; monitoring HR KPIs such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and internal promotions; conducting exit interviews; and contributing to retention and development initiatives.
