Overview: The Homeless Support Services Program Manager leads grant-funded programs delivering case management and housing services to individuals experiencing homelessness. This position is typically based at the PHC University Campus in Des Moines, Iowa, United States, with travel to other off-site locations as needed. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend events. Mileage reimbursement is provided for required travel.
