Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end creative development from ideation through delivery
• Support the wider content team with innovative ideas, hygiene graphics, digital campaigns and branding
• Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the content team and account managers
• Bring a producer mindset to drive engagement through creative strategies
• Produce engaging designs, graphic elements and visual treatments
• Ensure briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, and outputs are delivered on time
• Communicate effectively with project leads and manage upwards
• Maintain brand continuity across content visuals for various amateur brands
• Support the wider marketing and brand function as required

Requirements

Working conditi

• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience
• A portfolio demonstrating high levels of creativity
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Illustrator; PowerPoint is a plus
• Ability to work with templates and style guides
• Background and interest in the sports industry and its design trends
• Experience with live graphics design and editing short-form vertical video; basic motion design and AI tools
• Golf knowledge desirable
