Responsibilities include: overseeing the creative development, design, redesign and production of a wide range of communications (print and digital), web/social graphics, advertising pieces, signage, logos and other branded materials; executing the layout and production of the university magazines; designing special publications tied to fundraising activities and/or donor relations; editing, retouching and color correcting photographs; overseeing the print production process and properly setting up files for print; meeting with IA staff to develop production calendars and manage deadlines; managing requests via the Graphic Design Request Form; overseeing the project/job list and recommending adjustments as necessary; estimating time required to complete work and collaborating with the Associate Vice President for Communications and Media Relations to recommend freelance
