This on-site role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented designer with a customer-service mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities include designing Stream-branded and custom marketing materials to promote property listings (brochures, email campaigns, proposals, presentations, signage, environmental graphics), developing tailored collateral for client properties, formatting research data into visually compelling market reports, newsletters, infographics, charts, and tables, coordinating with third-party agencies and print vendors, and becoming an expert user of Stream's marketing technology tools. The designer will translate CRE concepts into design strategy, stay up-to-date with design and marketing trends, and collaborate with the marketing team and internal clients to determine the best approach for each project. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design/Visual Communications or Marketing; 3+ years of graphic design experience in commercial real estate; advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience a plus; motion graphics and video production a plus; strong project management, communication, and time-management skills.
