Global Head of Talent, Skills & Performance at Henkel is responsible for defining and leading the company’s global Talent, Skills & Performance strategy aligned with business priorities and future workforce needs. The role designs and continually evolves global Talent Management frameworks to enable growth, internal mobility, and leadership development; leads enterprise Skills Management by building skills architectures and capability models, and leverages digital solutions and the Talent Marketplace. Responsibilities include driving Strategic Workforce Planning, shaping global strategies and processes to translate business strategy into workforce and capability requirements; strengthening succession planning for critical roles to ensure sustainable leadership pipelines; evolving the Performance Management approach to support continuous performance, development, and evidence-based talent decisions; and leading the digital evolution of Talent Management via Workday and AI-enabled solutions, in collaboration with the Workday integration team. The role also uses people analytics to generate actionable insights for talent, skills and workforce decisions, collaborates with HR CoEs to connect Talent Management with Learning, Culture, Rewards, and Organizational Development, and leads global change initiatives to embed new ways of working across the organization.
