We are seeking a Gate Controller for our facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires enforcing Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies, providing assistance at gates for people with special needs, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring 100% adherence to NAPCO HSSE procedures. The Gate Controller will monitor entrances and surveillance equipment, report safety or security concerns to the supervisor, and follow all security directions from the HSSE management team. On duty, the incumbent must maintain constant vigilance at the assigned post and respond promptly to emergencies. The role also includes coordinating with the safety team to implement safety measures, handling security-related exceptions with plant management, and maintaining the 5S program in the security guard house.
