We are seeking an exceptional, results-driven Founding Recruiter to build the recruiting engine for radEmploy. This is not a maintenance role—we want someone who thrives on building relationships, moving quickly, taking ownership, and consistently delivering placements. You will own full-cycle recruiting for imaging professionals across the United States, partnering with leading hospitals, health systems, and imaging centers, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.
What you’ll do: - Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through placement for imaging professionals across all radEmploy client markets. - Build relationships with imaging professionals across major modalities. - Conduct candidate outreach, interviews, screening, and qualification. - Present qualified candidates to employers in a timely manner. - Manage candidate pipelines within the radEmploy platform and ATS. - Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools. - Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates. - Build long-term talent pipelines. - Own recruiting performance across your assigned territory and consistently deliver placement goals. - Par
