Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle for construction general/trade contractors, focusing on retention, renewals, and expansion.
• Build deep relationships with customer champions and economic buyers; monitor health metrics and execute renewal strategies.
• Handle customer escalations by coordinating with Engineering and Product to resolve issues and turn detractors into promoters.
• Identify expansion opportunities (new use cases, new products) and close them with existing customers.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, gather product feedback, and advocate for customer needs with Engineering and Product.
• Improve customer success processes, including playbooks, health scoring, renewal workflows, CRM hygiene, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Engineering in weekly sprint planning to align priorities with customers' needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of account management experience, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS; track record in retaining and expanding 5-6 figure contracts.
• Prior management of a book of $1M+ ARR; strong expansion and retention metrics.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor who can own end-to-end customer relationships.
• Self-directed with an owner mindset
