Our client is an international bank in Zurich seeking a Finance Specialist for Private Markets as a Financial Controller for Private Equity Funds. In this German-speaking role, you will analyze investments across private equity product lines, manage cash in portfolios, ensure correct booking of capital transactions and proper allocation in the profit and loss account, and be responsible for performance measurement and forecasting. You will control capital calls and distributions, and prepare fee and payment plans (management and waterfall). You will perform NAV valuations of PE funds according to applicable guidelines and reconcile valuations with external data, monitor compliance with fund contracts and SLAs, and prepare audits and reporting for senior management and authorities. You will maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and serve as the point of contact for investor inquiries, supporting ad hoc requests and projects.
