The role involves producing monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports; delivering commercial insight to operational managers; and guiding the annual budgeting and forecasting process. You will monitor key KPIs such as project performance, debtor days, invoice lag, and overhead expenditure, while supporting project accounting and financial performance reviews. Additional responsibilities include cash flow management, credit control, VAT, CIS, and Corporation Tax processes, and coordinating statutory accounts preparation and year-end audits. You will ensure compliance with VINCI Energies’ financial controls and reporting requirements and lead the development of the finance and administration team. The position also supports wider business initiatives including environmental and HR reporting.
