Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford is seeking a Financial Analyst III to support strategic initiatives, executive and board reporting, and accounting-focused analysis. This role tracks the financial impact of organization-wide improvement efforts, prepares materials for senior leadership, and performs variances, reconciliations, and contract reviews to ensure accuracy. The ideal candidate has experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or consulting (healthcare experience is a plus), strong Excel skills, and a solid accounting foundation. Primary duties include financial planning, forecasting and modeling, budget development, performance monitoring, and management reporting; developing budget formats; and coordinating financial analyses for management. The position also involves collaborating with auditors, maintaining internal controls, and assisting with budget development and financial system improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and six years of related experience, with the ability to communicate complex concepts and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Remote work is supported via Remote OK.
