LoveShackFancy is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations, delivering timely and accurate data and insights to guide strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work across the company’s operating divisions—retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale—on both revenue and expense analysis. Key responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts - Support variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and prepare commentary on key drivers - Build and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow - Assist with ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Data Analysis & Reporting - Compile, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, POS, e-commerce platforms, retail partners) - Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (sales performance, channel profitability, KPIs) - Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within sales, margin, and operational data - Partner with cross-functional teams (merchandising, retail, e-commerce, operations) to gather and validate data.
