The role collaborates with management, clients, and team members to enable informed business decisions and to maintain accurate financial data and reporting tools. This is an on-site position based in Portland, Oregon.

Key responsibilities include interfacing with employees and clients regarding financial reports and budgets; assisting with insurance renewal processes and risk management activities; supporting treasury functions, including cash reporting and banking relationships; preparing monthly financial reports on schedule; maintaining and updating financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools; developing and analyzing financial models, forecasts, and budgets; monitoring property and company financial performance to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement; assisting with annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates; performing financial and operational analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and support revenue growth; supporting month-end and year-end closing processes; contributing to improvements in financial reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy; preparing ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for management; and participating in special projects as assigned.
