We are seeking a Financial Analyst to help establish the financial and operational foundation as we grow. This is not the most glamorous role, but it offers broad exposure and significant impact in a startup environment.

Role overview: You will work with limited instruction, solving problems and defining the next steps. Your time will be spent supporting compensation plans and commissions, building reports and dashboards, analyzing bookings and revenue trends, and helping with budgeting and forecasting. You will partner with accounting, sales, and operations to ensure leadership has accurate data and actionable insights. You will work across teams and may take on larger projects, helping to define processes or move into strategic finance or operations over time.

Ideal candidate: Early in career, eager to take responsibility, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to do unglamorous work with attention to detail. Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related; strong foundation with Power BI, Excel; highly self-directed. Nice-to-have: 1+ years in IB (tech focus) or finance at a high-growth startup; experience with accounting, FP&A, revenue recognition; M&A or strategic financial projects.
