Responsibilities include managing a pipeline with cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach; attending industry events; and using Salesforce to organize the sales process. The role is remote-first, with potential for office access depending on market. Candidates should have 2–4 years of field sales experience (door-to-door preferred), own a vehicle, and reside in Pembroke Pines, Florida. While experience in the beauty industry is a plus, knowledge of SaaS solutions and small-business sales is also valuable. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 base salary plus uncapped variable pay (with at least $36,000 potential).
