Your missions: Under the supervision of Frédéric, the Group’s IT Manager, you will join a two-person team and report to the Nantes Est office (1, rue Edouard Nignon), which houses about 60 people including the group’s support teams. Your duties include: install, configure and maintain equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals); respond to user questions when issues arise; handle common problems (network connectivity, access, configuration, etc.); diagnose remotely or on-site; ensure software is up to date; replace or send defective items for repair; advise users on resolution steps or remote control of the system; perform tests to verify normal operation; apply cybersecurity best practices and contribute to user awareness. Travel is required. The role may evolve toward more system administration responsibilities in the medium term. Why you?
