What You'll Do: - Design, build, and publish Power BI reports that consume Fabric semantic models in Direct Lake and Import modes. - Model data by translating business needs into logical data models and intuitive, clearly labeled report layouts. - Write and optimize DAX measures to power KPIs the business relies on. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine reporting requirements. - Enforce governance and security by applying row-level and object-level security in semantic models. - Validate reports against source data to ensure accuracy. - Create certified datasets and reusable templates to empower self-service analytics. - Participate in peer reviews of reports, DAX logic, and model design; share learnings. - Present findings and collaborate across teams to turn data into actionable decisions. - Leverage AI tools to work smarter, sharpen analysis, and speed delivery.
