American Home Design, a locally owned home improvement company proudly serving Tennessee for over 45 years, is hiring weekend Event Promoters. We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy approaching people and are motivated to earn based on performance. In this role you will actively engage attendees who walk by our booth, use your persuasive personality to generate interest, and schedule a free in-home estimate for our home improvement products. You will professionally represent the company and work weekends when events or shows take place.

Actively engage everyone who passes by the booth
Persuade potential customers to learn more and schedule a free in-home estimate
Represent American Home Design in a professional manner
Confident, enthusiastic communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Must be able to work weekends
On-your-feet for a 4-hour shift
Reliable transportation to events in the Middle Tennessee area
